Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (GI & No GI)

A typical session includes everything from the warm up, technique, drilling, to rolling. You are sure to get a sweat going. All students are taught how to fall properly, how to take down, control the situation on the ground without getting hurt. All of this training is done in a clean, safe, family, supervised environment. The techniques you learn in class can be applied if ever needed in real life situations, aka self-defense. Our school will help you build and develop your understanding of Jiu Jitsu all while improving your reflexes and muscle memory. Size and body type do not matter in the gentle art called Jiu Jitsu.

Judo

Judo is a world-wide known martial arts and discipline and sport. it involves fitness, strength, tactics, endurance and will. It is a great feeling to know that your child and self are able to work hard, improve your skills, face challenges and overcome them. Cardio/ Total Body Workout

Our cardio classes rotate between,Total Body Workout, Kettle-Bell, Cardio Kick-Boxing and Cardio-Boxing.You and your body will benefit from the variety of workouts. We focus on fitness, to include balance, coordination, reactivity and agility. Our cardio programs will keep you on your toes, literally.

Minions & Youth Class

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is beneficial to children for many reasons; this class is provides a safe, clean martial arts environment. Specifically designed for the children, where they can learn problem solving skills, respect, with greater emphasis on discipline and structure. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu can also help Counteract childhood obesity. Children can meet lifelong friends, improve social skills, athleticism, and improve confidence, self-esteem. While also learning to defend themselves and prevent altercations all together.
