Robert Bird Head Instructor Black Belt-Jiu Jitsu Green Belt-Judo

As a first time, instructor of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I've been training consistently for 10 years from white to black belt. I've had the privilege to train under some of the world’s best instructors in competition I’ve managed to achieve great results including as a blue belt NAGA Champion expert category, purple gold and silver in Master Worlds, brown multiple medalist, IBJJF Master Worlds, and double gold Pan Am champion. I was honored to receive my black belt from Master Gracie Junior in September 2018. I am the head instructor and owner of Choka U Gym.

Victor Bird Youth Instructor Purple Belt-Jiu Jitsu

I started Jiu Jitsu at the age of 10 practicing with men will competing throughout my Jiu Jitsu career. At the age of 17 I started teaching the youth classes at my family’s gym. As a blue belt I won absolute at a NAGA competition winning myself a belt. In 2018 I had the honor of receiving my purple belt by my Master Carlson Gracie Junior.

Katelyn Bird Youth Instructor Two-Stripe Blue Belt-Jiu Jitsu Yellow Belt-Judo

At the age of 12 I began my Jiu Jitsu career practicing alongside some of the best instructors in the country. I’ve practiced and competed with men and women since I was a young adult and at the age of 22 I’ve been able to teach the minion class as well as assist with the other classes our gym has to offer. At 16 I was able to get my two stripes as a white belt and travel to Germany and train while I was there. It’s been an honor to receive my two stripes as a blue belt by Master Carlson Gracie Junior.

Heidi Bird Manager Two-Stripe White Belt-Jiu Jitsu

I started my Jiu Jitsu career when we opened gym back in 2016. I am the manager of Choka U Gym and a two-stripe white belt. I’ve practiced and received my stripes from Master Carlson Gracie Junior.
